By reserving a room with our online reservation system, you are agreeing to our terms and policies as a renter.
Taxes:
Rates do not include a 10% Mariposa County room tax.
Discounts:
There is a 10% discount for bookings of five or more days for any room.
Payment:
VISA, Master Card accepted.

Reservation Confirmation:
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. You will also be sent your security key access info.
Deposits and Refunds:
If your booking date is more than 30 days out, then a minimum deposit via credit card of 50% is required at time of booking to confirm your rental.
A 100% deposit is required 30 days before the time of your stay, or the remaining 50%.
How to Change a Reservation: You may change your reservation date 30 days before your stay with no penalty. You can change your reservation by e-mail at info@yosemiteperegrine.com or phone 209.372.8517.

30 Day Cancellation Policy:
Under 30 Days: Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of the confirmed room stay will not receive a refund, unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the nights of the reservation. Then you will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
30 Days Prior: If you cancel your stay 30 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
Additional Cancellation Fee for Falcon's Nest Vacation Home:
The Falcon's Nest Vacation Home must be cancelled 30 days before your stay and will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Concerning Additional Guests:
Please do not arrive with more people than you have reserved for. If we are able to accommodate extra people, then you will be charged accordingly. The charge is $20 per each additional person. If we do not have vacancies for extra guests, they will need to seek lodging elsewhere. We do not allow guests to sleep on the floor, and except for infants. All children (2 and over) must have a bed.
Check-in Time: 4:00-6:00 pm.
Check-out Time: 11:00 am.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause beyond normal wear and tear of the room.
Pets:
No pets are allowed at Yosemite Peregrine Lodging. Yosemite has strict leash laws; some trails prohibit pets.
Smoking:
No smoking indoors.

Winter conditions: Chains can become mandatory (4x4 included) at any time during Oct.-April. For road and weather, call 209-372-0200. Tioga Pass is usually closed Nov.-May.

Dining and Groceries:
Yosemite West is a quiet residential area. The nearest restaurants, gas and stores are 20-30 minutes drive either south to Wawona or north to Yosemite Valley. Bears break into vehicles when they smell food inside. Do not store food in your automobile. There is a grocery store in Yosemite Valley and a small store in Wawona.
