POLICIES AND ROOM INFORMATION
Online Reservations:
By reserving a room either by phone or with our online reservation system, you are agreeing to our terms and policies as a renter.
Taxes:
Rates do not include a 11% Mariposa County room tax.
Discounts:
There is a 10% discount for bookings of five or more days for any room. We have low season rates November-March (excluding holidays)
Payment:
VISA, Master Card accepted.
No checks, please.
Reservation Confirmation:
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. For our Yosemite condo rentals you will also be sent your security key code.
Deposits and Refunds:
If your booking date is more than 30 days out, then a minimum deposit via credit card of 50% is required at time of booking to confirm your rental. The remaining 50% + 11% tax will be charged within 30 days of your arrival.
For reservations 30 days or less of your arrival the full amount plus tax will be charged.
How to Change a Reservation:
You may change your reservation date 30 days before your stay with no penalty. You can change your reservation by e-mail at info@yosemiteperegrine.com or phone 209.372.8517.
How to Cancel a Reservation:
You can cancel by e-mail at info@yosemiteperegrine.com or phone 209.372.8517. A processing fee is charged for all cancellations including early checkouts.

30 Day Cancellation Policy:
Under 30 Days: Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of the confirmed room stay will not receive a refund, unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the nights of the reservation. Then you will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Early departure is considered a cancellation.
30 Days Prior:
If you cancel your stay 30 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
Additional Cancellation Fee for Falcon's Nest Vacation Home:
The Falcon's Nest Vacation Home must be canceled 30 days before your stay and will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Concerning Additional Guests:
Please do not arrive with more people than you have reserved for. If we are able to accommodate extra people, then you will be charged accordingly. The charge is $20 per each additional person. If we do not have vacancies for extra guests, they will need to seek lodging elsewhere. We do not allow guests to sleep on the floor, and except for infants, all children (2 and over) must have a bed.
Check-in Time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out Time: 11:00 am.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause beyond normal wear and tear of the room.
Pets:
No pets are allowed at Yosemite Peregrine Lodging. Yosemite has strict leash laws; most trails prohibit pets and you are not allowed to leave a pet in your car.
Smoking:
No smoking indoors or on decks. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. During fire season smoking may be prohibited entirely.
Driving Directions:
For driving instructions to our accommodations, please use this link to our provided directions page to our exact location in Yosemite West, CA. Online map services often provide inaccurate information for our area.
Winter conditions: Chains can become mandatory (4x4 included) at any time during Oct.-April. For road and weather, call 209-372-0200. Tioga Pass is usually closed Nov.-May.

Dining and Groceries:
Yosemite West is a quiet residential area. The nearest restaurants, gas and stores are 20-30 minutes drive either south to Wawona or north to Yosemite Valley. There is a grocery store in Yosemite Valley and a small store in Wawona. There is no gasoline for sale in Yosemite Valley. There is a 24 hour gas station in Wawona.
Bears break into vehicles when they smell food inside. Do not store food in your automobile.

There are several restaurants in Yosemite National Park and on the border. Your guest book or your Yosemite Guide, which you receive when you enter Yosemite, will have current information.
